What this covers
These terms apply once you agree to a build and, if you choose one, a monthly care plan with Worksite Studio. Nothing here is agreed until we've confirmed scope and price with you directly, nothing is assumed from just browsing this site or sending an enquiry.
Payment
The one-time build fee is split 50% upfront and 50% on completion. If you choose a monthly care plan, billing starts from the day your site goes live.
Revisions
Included revisions are rounds, not a count of individual changes. One round is one full cycle of feedback, of any size, sent to us in one go. One-page builds include one round, multi-page builds include two. Changes beyond what's included are quoted separately before we start on them.
Cancelling a care plan
You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No minimum term. If a payment is missed, your site stays live for 14 days to give you time to sort it out before anything is taken down.
Ownership
You own your domain, registered in your name, not ours. We manage hosting and the technical side while you're on a care plan. If you leave without one, we'll agree a handover with you directly.
What we're not liable for
We build and look after your site to a professional standard, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes like sales, enquiries or search rankings, those depend on more than the website itself. We're not liable for third-party service outages (hosting, domains, form processors) outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
