We confirm exactly what's included, the fixed price, and when your 48-hour build slot starts, before anything is paid or built. 50% deposit secures your slot.
Built in 48 hours
Once we have your content, or the OK to use your existing public business information, like your Google or Facebook listing, your site is built within 48 hours, weekends included. You get a real, working site to review, not a locked-off final version.
Ongoing care
Pick a monthly care plan that fits, or none at all. If you do, we keep your site live, current and working for as long as you need us.
What we need from you.
The less back-and-forth before we start, the faster we can build. Here's what helps, split into what we actually need and what's just useful to have.
To get started
- Your business name and contact details
- What you do, and what you want visitors to do, call, book or visit
- Your service area or business address, if relevant
- Opening hours, if relevant

- Photos you own or have permission to use
- An existing website, menu or price list to work from

- Your domain details, if you already have one
- Access to your Google Business Profile, if your care plan covers managing it
Missing wording or photos? Tell us what you've got, we'll draft rough copy and use tasteful stock in the meantime, you can swap it in anytime before launch. Booking systems, online payments or anything beyond a standard informational site aren't included by default, same as with anything outside your plan, just tell us and we'll scale the price to fit.
A one-page electrician's site might cover Home, Services, Areas covered and Contact, all on one scrollable page.
A multi-page build might split that into Home, Services, About, Areas covered and Contact as separate pages instead. Not sure which fits your business? Tell us what you do and we'll recommend one, that's part of the first conversation, not something you need to work out yourself.
Each major service can get its own page, or its own section, depending on how many you offer.
A hairdresser offering cuts, colour and treatments might cover all three in one Services section. A removals company doing house moves, office moves and storage might give each its own page instead. We'll suggest what fits once we know what you do.
A one-page site is usually plenty, built to fit on a single scroll.
A sole tradesperson or a small café, for example, rarely needs more than Home, a short About, what you offer, and a way to get in touch, all on one page. Simple doesn't mean cheap looking, it just means less to maintain.

The clock starts once your deposit is paid and you've sent your content, or told us to use your existing public business information. We'll agree what's included before we start, so you know exactly what's coming.
What lands in 48 hours is ready for your review, a real, working site, not a locked-off final version. You'll get a preview link to look it over on your phone or laptop before we connect it to your domain, then a round of changes to get it right.
Questions about the process.
What if I don't have photos or wording ready?
That's fine. We can draft wording from what you tell us and use tasteful stock photography to start, then you can swap in your own anytime, free of charge before launch or through your care plan after.
Do I need to already have a domain?
No. If you don't have one, we'll help you register it and it's yours either way. If you've already got one, just send us the details or point it to us when you're ready.
What happens after the 48 hours?
You get a full round of feedback to get it right, two rounds for multi-page builds. Once you're happy, it goes live and your care plan, if you chose one, starts.
Can I still ask for changes after I've approved it?
Yes, anytime, through your monthly care plan. Without one, further changes after launch are quoted individually.
What if I don't like the first version at all?
Tell us what's missing the mark and why. It still counts as your one round, redoing the whole layout is no different to tweaking a sentence, but it's still one full cycle of feedback, not an open-ended redo.
Can I ask for something extra partway through?
Yes, just tell us. If it's within what you've already agreed, we'll fit it in. If it adds real scope, like an extra page, we'll quote it and agree the price with you before doing anything.
