The build, one time.
A fixed price for the website itself. Paid once, 50% upfront and 50% on completion.
Need more than this covers, like extra pages or something more involved? That's fine, just tell us what you're after and we'll scale the price to fit. No surprise charges, we'll agree it with you first.
It's one full cycle of feedback, not a count of individual changes.
Send us everything you'd like adjusted in one go, big or small, and we'll make it happen. Want one word changed? That's a round. Want the whole layout redone? Also a round. After your included rounds, further changes are quoted separately, but most people get it right within what's included.
Any distinct page in your site's navigation, like Home, About, Services or Contact.
A page is somewhere a visitor can navigate to directly, each with its own content. A gallery, a services list or a team page all count as one page each. Things like a "thank you" message after a form, or a single pop-up, don't. Need more than 5? Same deal as everything else, just tell us and we'll scale the price to fit.

Priced separately depending on what you need, from a single logo through to a full identity across everything your business uses. Can be added to a build, or arranged as its own enquiry if your site's already sorted.
The practical stuff.
How does payment work?
Half the build fee upfront, half on completion. Your care plan is billed monthly, starting from the day your site goes live.
Is a care plan required?
Not contractually, but we host your site, so without one there's no easy way to keep it live. Most people choose at least Essential.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, with 30 days' notice. No minimum term, no contract trapping you in.
Who owns the domain?
You do. We manage the hosting and technical side, but the domain is registered in your name, not ours.
